October, 1945, a copy ol' which is attached for reference -*I am etc., to appoint you to

holu orrice on the University of Hong Kong Medical Degrees Amergency Committee for the purpose of exercising certain or the powers.co the Senate and the Chancellor which one as
prescribed by the Hong Kong University Ordinance 1911 and the Hong Kong Regulations (1937 Edition). The limitation of the powers of this Committee are described in Pars 3
